Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about NotaryHub
🔍
General
NotaryHub is a Texas-focused lead-generation service. Customers submit a notary request, and NotaryHub routes it to Texas-area notaries and agents who may be able to help.
It is free to submit a customer request. Notaries and agents set their own fees, and any price discussion happens directly between you and the professional who follows up.
NotaryHub is Texas-only for now. Coverage depends on whether Texas-area notaries or agents are able to respond to your request.
Timing depends on the details of your request and the notaries or agents who receive it. NotaryHub does not promise a specific follow-up time or service window.
For Customers
You need the document(s) to be notarized and a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.). Do not sign the document beforehand - the notary must witness your signature.
You should coordinate timing directly with the notary or agent who follows up. NotaryHub collects the request but does not provide instant appointment scheduling.
You can request mobile notary help at a home, office, or another Texas location. A responding notary or agent can discuss travel fees and whether they can meet there.
If you coordinate service with a notary or agent, cancellation terms should be handled directly with that professional.
Payment is handled directly between you and the notary or agent. Confirm accepted methods and fees before you proceed.
For Notaries
Sign up at /notary/signup with your profile and service details. NotaryHub is focused on Texas notary leads for now.
Notaries receive the first lead free, then subscribe for ongoing leads. NotaryHub does not take a commission from the notary fee you arrange with the customer.
You collect payment directly from customers at the time of service. We don't handle payments, so there are no delays or processing fees from us.
NotaryHub may collect commission information, but it is not currently making public verification claims. Customers should confirm credentials directly before hiring.
Services
You can submit requests for General Notary Work (affidavits, POAs, etc.), Loan Signing, Mobile Notary, Remote Online Notary (RON), Apostille-related help, and Estate Planning documents.
RON allows documents to be notarized online by video when permitted by law and supported by the notary. Confirm eligibility directly with the notary or agent who follows up.
You can submit a loan signing request in Texas. NotaryHub will route it to Texas-area notaries or agents who may handle mortgage documents, refinances, and HELOCs.
You can submit an apostille-related request in Texas. NotaryHub will route it to area notaries or agents who may be able to discuss document authentication needs.
